“I completed my residency in radiology in Shiraz and I futher sub-specialized in Interventional radiology in France, Austria, Italy, and Canada. In 1993, I became, and still am, a faculty member at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences.
I launched several interventional radiology techniques for the first time in Shiraz. As in 2012, I founded the Faraparto Radiology Center and included many diagnostic and radiological intervention methods, and at the moment this center is considered one of the most prominent centers in the country.”
Dr. Alireza Rasekhi, despite being the CEO of Faraparto Center, is also the Head of the International Department of Radiology at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, the head of the radiology department at Bu Ali Sina Hospital for Organ Transplantation, as well as a member of the National Board of Radiologists.
